If we dressed every kid varsity,JV, freshman; that would be about 130ish
If we had every coach; that would be 20
We have 6 middle school coaches that want to help and be part of the program; film, set up, stats, IPads, etc...
We have 2 full time trainers, plus an intern from the local college each year. Then 3-5 kids that tote water, carry towels, etc...
4 ball boys that are coaches sons
Another dozen or so AdMin, athleticism dept, parents, faculty that help in some way (but they usually come on their own and as needed)
That would put us around 170
The band and their support staff are on their own, but that number would be over 100 I'm guessing...
So for the whole show we would have is close to that. We try to get everyone to feel like they can contribute in some way to our overall success. And we try make them feel as included as logistically possible. We don't put all these on the bus unless we can pull it off. For a big game like that, we wouldn't leave any empty seats on the bus.
