Does anyone know if Tulsa puts on a clinic and what time if they do? I've looked on their website but couldn't find anything.

Not a clinic but we visited Harding University (D2 school in Searcy, AR) this Friday and it was awesome. They let us sit through staff meetings, positional meetings, and watch Spring practice. The coaches were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Flexbone. The literal inventor of the midline had just recently retired from there, and his knowledge clearly rubbed off on them. One of their GA's was a former Navy QB, and he gave us a ton of good stuff for the flex.
For any Flexbone guys in the middle of the country, take the drive down there. It'll be worth it

The staff I'm on attended the Clemson University clinic Thursday and Friday. Amazing facility that cost 55 million dollars to build. It features a bowling alley, putt put, wiffle ball field and a slide from floor 2 to floor 1. They had a lot of SC high school state championship coaches speak and a few of the Clemson position coaches than did breakout sessions until you were done asking questions. Oh yeah and the food was amazing featuring a low country boil after Friday's practice. Very highly recommended clinic

Oh Lord. The one and only time I have been to Harding University was for something called the National Leadership Forum during the summer before my junior year of high school. I had to get on a charter bus at 3:00 AM in Mobile, Alabama, and ride to Searcy, Arkansas, for a few days of boring lectures. Oh well. At least it was co-ed, I had my own dorm room, and my family picked me up afterwards and we went down to Dallas for a couple of days. The highlight was touring old Texas Stadium back when the '90s Cowboys were in their prime. That was cool.
What did Dabo have to say?

What did Dabo have to say? Dabo spoke for about 30 minutes on Friday morning. His main points were: it is about building a program not championships, don't lose to Clemson, Best is the Standard B-Believe E-Effort S-Sense of Urgency T-Toughness, attitude of belief- you have to instill and create it, each day has a daily focus that stays the same each week, Windshield mentality- all about what is next the past is in the rear view mirror-take it one day... one mile at a time, you never know who is watching, prepare for you opportunity and keep watering the bamboo.

I'll second the Clemson Clinic. One of the best ones I have been to in a while. Didn't leave both night until after 12:30am talking OL stuff with Caldwell. There are not many coaches like him still around

I'll second the Clemson Clinic. One of the best ones I have been to in a while. Didn't leave both night until after 12:30am talking OL stuff with Caldwell. There are not many coaches like him still around Coach Caldwell is great teacher and one of the nicest guys in the business. He will show you and give you anything you want. He will sit and talk about anything until you get tired. He could have been a comedian. He is as old school as it gets. He makes things extremely easy on the kids.

Anything in the South this weekend? My wife is going to be in NYC, and I'd love to get one more clinic in if I could.

Got this email:
Hello Coach,
We regret to inform you that the 2017 Michigan Football Coaches' Clinic has been canceled and rescheduled for the Spring of 2018.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and your staff.
Due to recent NCAA rule changes, the existing format of our clinic is no longer compatible with NCAA legislation. We will restructure the event and plan on providing the best possible coaches' clinic next year.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
