It needs a section for journals. People can post their workouts and keep it up to date.

I had a pizza....but feel like I worked it off because instead of delivery, I walked into the joint and picked it up. There are a crap load of workout plans encompassing the entire off-season down in the playbook and weight-lifting sections.

you mean like a journal such as : monday 8/14: worked quick game -- hitch/fade combo. blah, blah.... not really but some what. keep all practice plans. however I sit down and make notes as to what is working, what is not working. if I had to discipline a kid or talk to a parent. I reflect on practice. I write myself reminders. it is like a big organizer for me. like on friday nights I like to sitdown and make a entry about the game. some times by reading last years I get ideas of what was successful and what was not. what calls worked and what did not. I got this idea from bobby bowden. he takes 3x5 note cards and during practice he writes down ideas, notes and stuff like that so he will remember them. i have just taken it a step further. i have my notes and then right after practice. I make notes of parents who call, what they called about. I learned from a lawyer, the biggest mistake people make is failing to document discussions or other events. say jenny jones is calling me every night. i make note of it, what we talked about and when she goes to the ad, I have a copy of every thing she has said, when she has called. think she has all that, nope.

desteph - Check out www.bodybuilding.com. Lots of young guys, especially high school football players such as yourself post their workouts over there. You'll get some good ideas and great feedback. Good luck!

This board needs a more indepth forum for the critique and breakdown of pizza. That way when one travels one knows what pizza joint he should be eating at/gaining delivery from.
And Brophy, why walk? Delivery is much better! That is what cars are made for...the delivery of a sweet Za!

Wingt, I think that only actually counts as one sit up, Half when you got out, and the other half when you got in!

I dunno, journals are an iffy thing, man..... "The Diary of Anne Frank Beamer" killed the last football board we had.
