Set up a parent expectation list and go over it with them. Put in the letter the proper chain of command they need to follow if they have any disagreements with you. Ask for a meeting first with the parent before admin is annoyed...especially if your admin tends to cater to parents.
Once the parent goes through the chain of command and still has a problem, then that parent should be told if they can't support the kids and team in a positive way for the benefit of the team, then they should refrain from attending any practices or games. Back in the day, we have parents who would "police" negative parents and escort them out if that needed to be done. Whatever happened after that was not mentioned...just understood. If you can't or won't support ALL the kids on the TEAM, just stay at home. It is their game...not the adults.
