One of the best teams in UK is in Las Vegas just now on a pre-season tour. They played an all-star semipro team at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday. www.bafl.org.uk

Pretty good stats for them... I hope my boys in Birmingham upset them though in the Senior League;) (one of my former players and good friends plays for the Bulls)
How are they looking for the EFAF Cup...think they can make a run at it?

I hear they're going to give it a good run (EFAF). Teams in the past haven't gone all out for the European games, some people not getting time off work etc. But since the standard's rising people are putting more into the game. Still as soon as they play an Austrian or German team I think it's pretty much lights out - those teams are tough to stick with, half of them are imports!

I just took a look at their grouping... I think they'll have a pretty easy time in their group, I don't see the Norwegian teams posing much of a threat. But in the semis I think they're run will end to the defending champs Marburg Mercenaries (who have 8 Americans on their roster). Its too bad teams can buy these Cups so easily. I think EuroBowl and the EFAF Cup should be national players only then you would really see who are the best teams, not the richest teams...
