How do you set up your practice schedules each week?
I'm coaching at a school now that specializes with film/lifting/walkthroughs on Mon., Offense on Tues. and Defense on Wed, with Special Teams on air on Thurs.
I see positives and negatives to it. It's nice to have 45 min of uninterrupted indie time with the linemen, but it seems like we're not as efficient as we could be.

We do Mondays much like the top post Tuesday and Wednesdays are done in 10 minute periods from which we are on the field from 3:50 to 6:10
Period 1 dynamics Period 2 A frame Period 3 offense individual Period 4 skill group Period 5 skill group Period 6 team o Period 7 team o Period 8 -13 will be defense specific
Found this to be very organized and efficient for what we do

He changes the periods on the clock so coaches can look at their schedule for the day and stay on task. It's been a great way to practice for us and we all stay on task.
