What events are you planning? What's you overall plan? I am in Kansas, so I won't get down there, but I am very interested in the idea.

coachnichols, where are you located in Kansas? I am currently in Colby, but I will be the head coach at Beloit next fall. I have done a lineman's challenge in the past, when I was in Colorado. knighter (on this forum) does a great job with the lineman's challenge. That is where I got my ideas from.

super-
thanks for the kudos. we are actually not having one this year (1st time in 6 years) because we are going to go to the one hosted by Corenell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. I want to see my kids compete against some different teams, see if they can step up their game a bit.

on another thread here i described our events. ours is more "team" oriented, ie everything is done as a team rather than man vs. man, i like catoc's ideas though as well, anything that can give the hog mollies up front a special day for them
