Does anyone have a good numbering system for front recognition for an offensive staff?

depends on what you are referring to. the system i'm speaking of within this thread is the identification system we use for scouting purposes only. this is not the system we have our ol use exactly when calling rules , etc. at the los. this id system is for us to have an easy way to immediately match the front & box #'s.
so, what i need in the id of a front on a scouting report is: 1) even or odd based (which group) 2) # of lb's (# of bubbles) 3) gap assignments of the dl (shades) 4) where the stunt or blitz is coming from (inside, outside, both)
so, all of this information can be ascertained by our front/stunt call without having to be too long with the terms or too general as to not have an exact idea of all 4 of those variables.
again, this id system is used for the scouting/tendency report. i want to be able to look at a formation (say, trips open) and know exactly the defense (specific, not generalized....need all 4 criteria specifically spelled out) simply by what the call is.

On the LOS = Head up the center is a 0 rechnique, shaded right is ricky, shaded left is lucy. In the G-C gap is A. Inside shade of the G is a 1 technique, head up the G is a 2, outside shade of the G is a 3. In the G-T gap is a B. Inside shade of the T is a 4 technique, head up the T is a 5, outside shade of the T is a 6. In the T-TE gap is a C. Inside shade of the TE is a 7, head up the TE is an 8, outside shade of the TE is a 9. Outsdie the TE is D gap.
For players off the LOS add a 0 to the number or the word off to the gap (examples: head up the guard off the LOS is a 20, LB off the ball in B gap is a B off (BOFF ... in the other gaps its AoFF ... COFF ... DOFF)
We use the same terminology to teach our defensive alignments and for socuting purposes.
