Question... What type of "format" should I finish the project. There are 20 or so different ones to choose. Which type would be the best for DVD's . I picked high quality for large picture and it seems that it will take 2 hours to complete is this normal?
Thanks,
Bryan

I think and I am not sure you would just save it to dv camera and record from the computer to dvd recorder, vhs etc. While it is making the final project it should be outputting the video ...now how long that takes depends on how long the project is

NO matter what format you choose it will take some time to create the video. That is normal. If you plan on creating dvds from the video choose the best format you can. Try to get the video size to 720 x 480 pixels (that is dvd video size). I would recomend a program call WinAVI converter. It converts any video format to another (dvd). Very quick and cheap ($). I created our highlight film using movie maker and WinAVI. Worked out great and was very cheap. Any more question just ask.
