Forgive the link to an instagram page.  I am not social media savvy but came across of a video and research led me to this link to see the video.   Are these rugby tackling dummies?  Never seen them before.  Tjhey seem pretty useful though.

yes, but you can get them in the US. I forget the name of the company they have been after AFCA for the last 5-6 years. I liked them because I think they are similar tackling a person.

I saw some online..a few hundred bucks. But they seem much more realistic.
